Privacy Notice

This notice explains what personal data Odak Global International collects through this website, why we collect it, and what rights you have. It is written to meet both the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who is responsible

Odak Global International (Odak Global), Hatip Mahallesi, Ali Osman Çelebi Bulvarı No:102BB, 59850 Çorlu/Tekirdağ, Türkiye, is the data controller. For any question about this notice or your data, write to info@odakglobalint.com.

2. What we collect

We collect what you type into the enquiry form on this site:

• your name;
• your company name;
• your country;
• your email address;
• the content of your message;
• the IP address the request came from and the time it was received, recorded for security and abuse prevention.

If you use the assistant, we also process the messages you send it, so that it can answer you and so that a colleague can pick up a serious enquiry. Please do not type anything into it you would not put in an email.

We do not ask for special categories of data, and we ask that you do not include any in your message.

3. Why we use it, and on what basis

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); KVKK Art. 5(1)). Where a commercial relationship already exists, we may also rely on the necessity of performing or preparing a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• To keep the site secure and prevent abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5(2)(f)).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. Three processors handle it on our behalf:

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and delivery of this website.
• Resend — transactional email delivery of your enquiry to our sales inbox.
• Google LLC — the model behind the site assistant. Only what you type into the assistant is sent, and only while the conversation is open.

All three are established in the United States, so using the form or the assistant involves an international transfer of your data outside Türkiye and the EEA. That transfer relies on your explicit consent and, where applicable, on the Standard Contractual Clauses in our data processing agreements with each provider.

We may also disclose data where we are legally obliged to do so.

5. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 3 years from our last contact with you, so that we can pick up an earlier conversation. Security logs containing IP addresses are kept for up to 12 months. Assistant conversations are not stored on our servers beyond the message needed to deliver a qualified enquiry. Where a commercial relationship follows, statutory Turkish commercial and tax retention periods apply instead.

6. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and GDPR Chapter III you may ask us to:

• confirm whether we hold data about you, and give you a copy;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• erase your data, or restrict how we use it;
• transfer your data to another provider;
• object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent at any time — withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

Write to info@odakglobalint.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or, in the EEA, to your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

This site sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. See our Cookie Policy for detail.

8. Changes

We will update this page whenever our data practices change, and the revised version applies from the date it is published here.
