Yes, and most of ours do. Food, beverages, home care and personal care travel in the same container, on one order, with one document set and one invoice. Buying the same spread direct means a separate negotiation, payment term and loading date with every manufacturer, and the shipment then moves when the slowest of them is ready.

EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF and DAP. Tell us which one suits your side of the deal and the offer comes on that term, rather than on the one that suits ours with the difference left for you to work out.

50% in advance, 50% on loading. The balance falls due as the goods go on, so you are never paying in full for a shipment you have not seen loaded. Letters of credit and other structures can be agreed on larger or repeat orders.

At least 95% remaining at the moment of shipment. Where a category allows for more, the exact figure goes in writing on your quotation. Where one cannot reach 95% you hear it before the order rather than when the container arrives.

Any Turkish sea port, plus road customs. We are in Çorlu, roughly 150 km from the EU land border, so Kapıkule and Hamzabeyli are the quickest crossings for European buyers; Tekirdağ and Ambarlı are the nearest ports for sea freight.

Within three business days. Send the product, the destination, the quantity and the Incoterm you want, and the offer comes back costed. Enquiries without those four take longer, because the first reply is us asking for them.

Invoice, packing list and certificate of origin as standard. Food and beverages also carry an export health or conformity certificate from the provincial agriculture directorate. Halal certification, issued for the producing facility, is supplied with the consignment where the destination requires it, and Gulf destinations additionally need GSO conformity and G-Mark documentation. The full set is prepared and checked before departure — a document missing on arrival costs storage and demurrage, and sometimes the customer.

Neither word covers it on its own. For most of the range we source: we select the manufacturer, hold them to a written specification, verify the goods and consolidate everything into one shipment. ODAK, our home care line, is our own label — our specification and our name on the pack. Which of the two you are buying is stated on the quotation.

Yes. You bring the brand and the market; we handle manufacturer selection, specification, regulatory documentation and production follow-up. Pre-production samples arrive in the intended packaging, and you approve the product before any money goes into a run.

For private label, yes — pre-production samples are part of the process. For branded stock it depends on the producer, so cost and availability are confirmed against your actual enquiry instead of promised in general.

No, and a supplier who says otherwise has not checked. Brand owners restrict where their goods may be resold, and some ranges cannot be supplied into certain markets whatever the stock position. We check the destination against the brand before quoting, which occasionally means declining an order we could physically have loaded.

The European Union, the Balkans, the Middle East, North Africa, the Caucasus and Central Asia. If your market is not on that list, ask anyway — what limits us is documentation and brand permission, not distance.
