ODAK — Our Own Brand — wholesale sourcing and export

Everything else on this site is sourcing: we find the manufacturer, hold them to a specification and consolidate the result. ODAK is the one range where the specification is ours from the start. We decide the formulation level, the pack format, the fragrance and the price position, and our name goes on the front.

We began with home care because it is the category that rewards it most. Households rebuy the same detergent month after month, brand loyalty is thinner than in food or beverages, and the gap between a good formulation and an excellent one is small to the shopper but large on the invoice. A buyer who takes ODAK keeps the margin that would otherwise sit with an international brand owner.

For you that means one supplier who is also the brand owner. There is no third party between the specification and the shipment, no minimum dictated by someone else's production plan, and no conversation where we have to go and ask. If you want a change to a pack size, a fragrance or a label language, the decision is ours to make.

Packing and loading

• Sold by the pallet like every other range — the minimum does not change because it is ours
• Mixed pallets across the line so a full shelf can be tested at low volume
• Liquids run out of payload before they run out of space; a 20' box is usually the cheaper box
• Label language set per destination before printing, not after the shipment lands

Documentation that travels with it

• Invoice, packing list and certificate of origin
• Safety data sheet for every formulation
• Transport classification and shipper's declaration where a line is regulated as dangerous goods
• Destination-market conformity handled on the importer's side; we supply the manufacturer file it rests on
• ISPM 15 heat-treated pallets carrying the IPPC mark

Tariff classification. Chapters 34 and 38 for the most part, with 28 and 38 for specific chemistries. The exact heading follows the formulation and is confirmed on the invoice.
