Food — wholesale sourcing and export

Ambient groceries and pantry staples, sourced to your specification and loaded export-ready.

Food is the widest of our six categories and the one where specification matters most. Two jars of the same product can differ in fill weight, brix, oil content, packaging format and label language — and the wrong one arrives at your port having cleared nothing. We work from a written specification before we quote, not after.

Türkiye is a genuinely competitive origin here: domestic manufacturing depth in pasta, oils, canned vegetables, pulses, sauces, confectionery ingredients and pantry lines, combined with proximity to Europe, the Middle East and North Africa. That means shorter lead times and lower freight than sourcing the same goods from further east.

We buy either branded lines for markets where the brand carries the sale, or unbranded and private label where you would rather own the margin. Both come through the same accountable supply line.

What we source in this category

  • Pasta, noodles and semolina products
  • Edible oils — sunflower, corn, olive, blends
  • Canned vegetables, legumes and fruit
  • Tomato paste, sauces, vinegars and condiments
  • Pulses, rice, grains and dried fruit
  • Spices, herbs and seasoning blends
  • Breakfast lines — jams, honey, tahini, halva, spreads
  • Baking ingredients and dessert mixes

Packing and loading

  • Ambient stable — no reefer required for standard lines
  • Carton and shrink formats; cases palletised on 1200 × 800 mm export pallets
  • Heavier lines (oils, canned goods) usually reach the container's payload limit before its volume — a 20' is frequently cheaper than a 40' for these
  • Minimum 95% remaining shelf life guaranteed at shipment, confirmed in writing on your quotation

Documentation that travels with it

  • Commercial invoice and packing list
  • Certificate of Origin, plus A.TR or EUR.1 where preferential treatment applies
  • Export health certificate / conformity certificate from the provincial agriculture directorate
  • Analysis certificates and specification sheets from the manufacturer
  • Halal certification where the destination market requires it — issued for the producing facility, supplied by us with the consignment
  • ISPM 15 heat-treated pallets with the IPPC / TR stamp; Türkiye additionally requires the heat treatment record to travel with the invoice

Tariff classification. Predominantly HS Chapters 15, 19, 20 and 21. The exact commodity code depends on the individual product and is confirmed on the invoice.
